The Inspector General shall not hire any person known to be directly or indirectly involved in an open internal affairs investigation being conducted by any federal, state, or local law enforcement agency or the Office of the Inspector General.
The Inspector General shall not hire any person known to be considered a suspect or subject in an investigation being conducted by any federal, state, or local agency.
