“Division,” in reference to the government of this state, means the Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources in the Department of Conservation; otherwise “division” means Division 3 (commencing with Section 3000) of the Public Resources Code.
“Division,” in reference to the government of this state, means the Geologic Energy Management Division in the Department of Conservation; otherwise “division” means Division 3 (commencing with Section 3000) of the Public Resources Code.
