“Nonprofit organization” means any private, nonprofit organization, that qualifies under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, and whose purposes are consistent with this division.
“Nonprofit organization” means any private, nonprofit organization that qualifies under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
