The conservancy shall make an annual report to the Legislature and to the Secretary of the Resources Agency regarding expenditures, land management costs, and administrative costs.
(a) The conservancy shall make an annual report to the Legislature and the Secretary of the Natural Resources Agency regarding expenditures, land management costs, and administrative costs.
(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2027.
