For purposes of this chapter, “hazardous waste” has the same meaning as defined in Section 25117 of the Health and Safety Code, and “hazardous substance” has the same meaning as defined in Section 25316 of the Health and Safety Code.
For purposes of this chapter, “hazardous waste” has the same meaning as defined in Section 25117 of the Health and Safety Code, and “hazardous substance” has the same meaning as defined in subdivision (a) of Section 78075 of the Health and Safety Code.
