As used in this article, the following definitions apply:
(a) “District” means any regional park district, regional park and open-space district, or regional open-space district formed pursuant to this article.
(b) “He” or “he or she” means they.
(c) “Him” or “him or her” means them.
(d) “His” or “his or her” means their.
