Except for the revenues distributed pursuant to Section 3826, all net revenues, moneys, and remittances from the use of school lands and lieu lands shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Teachers’ Retirement Fund and shall be expended pursuant to Section 24702 of the Education Code.
