Of the amount made available pursuant to Section 80070, eighteen million dollars ($18,000,000) shall be available to the Division of Fairs and Expositions of the Department of Food and Agriculture to provide for facility improvements for county fairs, district agricultural associations, including the Sixth District Agricultural Association, as described in Section 4101 of the Food and Agricultural Code, and the Forty-Fifth District Agricultural Association, citrus fruit fairs, and the California Exposition and State Fair.
