FILING OF MAPS OF DISTRICTS AND RECORDATION OF NOTICES

The county recorder shall endorse on the copy of the map of the district the time and date of the filing and shall fasten the same securely in a book of maps of assessment and community facilities districts which the county recorder shall keep in his or her office. The county recorder shall index the maps by name of the city conducting the proceedings and by the distinctive designation of the district as shown on each map.
