Sale of Automobile Parts

No person shall knowingly manufacture, sell, or install in any vehicle, any vehicle part which, under the provisions of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966 (15 U.S.C., Sec. 1381 et seq.), is, or has been, determined to be defective and subject to customer notification or recall.
No person shall knowingly manufacture, sell, or install in any vehicle, any vehicle part which, under the provisions of Chapter 301 (commencing with Section 30101) of Part A of Subtitle VI of Title 49 of the United States Code, is, or has been, determined to be defective and subject to customer notification or recall.
