Sections 3060 to 3065.1, inclusive, do not apply to a franchise authorizing a dealership, as defined in paragraph (1) of subdivision (e) of Section 3072.
Sections 3060 to 3065.4, inclusive, do not apply to a franchise authorizing a dealership, as defined in subdivision (d) of Section 3072.
