The ballots shall have printed on them under the heading “Instructions to Voters”:
“To vote for a proposal stamp a cross (+) in the voting space after the word ‛Yes’ following the proposal. To vote against a proposal, stamp a cross (+) in the voting space after the word ‛No’ following the proposal.”
