The ballots at the bond election shall contain the words “Bonds—Yes,” and “Bonds—No,” or words of similar import, together with a general statement of the amount and purpose of the bonds to be issued.
The ballots at the bond election shall contain a general statement of the amount and purpose of the bonds to be issued. To the right of or below the statement of the proposition to be voted on, the words “Yes” and “No” shall be printed on separate lines, with voting targets.
