The ballots at the election shall contain the words: “Project assessment—Yes,” and “Project assessment—No,” or words of similar import, together with a general statement of the amount and purpose of the assessment to be levied.
The ballots at the election shall contain a general statement of the amount and purpose of the assessment to be levied. To the right of or below the statement of the proposition to be voted on, the words “Yes” and “No” shall be printed on separate lines, with voting targets.
