The Bureau of State Audits shall conduct a financial and performance audit of the department’s implementation of this division. The audit shall be completed before December 31, 2001. The bureau shall issue a final report on or before March 31, 2003.
The California State Auditor’s Office shall conduct a financial and performance audit of the department’s implementation of this division. The audit shall be completed before December 31, 2001. The office shall issue a final report on or before March 31, 2003.
