San Francisco shall provide the authority with prompt access to any public records requested by the authority unless those records are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Section 6254 of the Government Code. San Francisco may not withhold public records from the authority pursuant to a balancing of the public interest in accordance with Section 6255 of the Government Code.
