For the purposes of reimbursement under the Medi-Cal program, a speech pathologist or audiologist shall be licensed by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Examining Committee of the Medical Board of California or similarly licensed by a comparable agency in the state in which he or she practices. Licensed speech-language pathologists or licensed audiologists are authorized to utilize and shall be reimbursed for the services of those personnel in the process of completing requirements under the provisions of subdivision (d) of Section 2532.2 of the Business and Professions Code.

Licensed speech-language pathologists or licensed audiologists are authorized to utilize and shall be reimbursed for the services of those personnel in the process of completing requirements under the provisions of subdivision (c) of Section 2532.2 of the Business and Professions Code.
