This article shall not be deemed to affect the amounts paid or the reimbursement methodology applicable to FQHCs for dental services and for services that are provided outside the scope of a contract between the department and an applicable principal health plan that is in effect as of January 1, 2024, or for any other amounts for which the FQHC may be eligible outside of the prospective payment rate, including, but not limited to, incentives or supplemental payments.
