Standards for Prepaid Health Plans

Services under a prepaid health plan contract shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975, or the requirements of Chapter 11A (commencing with Section 11491) of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Insurance Code, as appropriate.
