The people of the state accept the provisions and benefits of the act of Congress entitled “The Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998 (Public Law 105-220) and any subsequent amendments thereto.
The people of the state accept the provisions and benefits of the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (Public Law 113-128) and any subsequent amendments thereto.
