For the purposes of this chapter, an “individual with a disability” is as defined pursuant to the Federal Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 706 of Title 29 of the United States Code), as amended in 1992.
For the purposes of this chapter, an “individual with a disability” is as defined pursuant to the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 705 of Title 29 of the United States Code), as amended.
