If the county has produced a summary report or an action plan of the child and family team meeting for use by the team members, a copy of that report or action plan with any necessary redactions made may be attached to the court report that is prepared pursuant to Section 358.1.
The court report prepared pursuant to Section 358.1 shall include a copy of each child and family team action plan, as required by subparagraph (B) of paragraph (5) of subdivision (a) of Section 16501, that is completed on or after January 1, 2026, and was not previously provided to the court.
