Detention of Individuals Under the Influence of Alcohol for Evaluation and Treatment

Nothing in this article shall be construed to prevent a facility designated as a facility for 72-hour evaluation and treatment of inebriates from also being designated as a facility for 72-hour evaluation and treatment of other persons subject to this part, including persons impaired by chronic alcoholism.
This article does not prevent a facility designated as a facility for 72-hour evaluation and treatment of individuals under the influence of alcohol from also being designated as a facility for 72-hour evaluation and treatment of other persons subject to this part, including persons impaired by chronic alcoholism.
