C.R.S. § 22-94-101

As used in this article 94, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Department” means the department of education created and existing pursuant to section 24-1-115 , C.R.S. (2) “District” means a school district, a group of school districts, or a board of cooperative services as defined in section 22-5-103 (2). (3) “Licensed teacher” means a teacher licensed pursuant to article 60.5 of this title 22. (4) “Program” means a quality teacher recruitment program created by a vendor through a contract with the department. (5) “Vendor” means a for-profit or nonprofit organization.
