C.R.S. § 24-77-201

As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Account” means the proposition HH general fund exempt account in the general fund created in section 24-77-203 (3)(a). (2) “Ballot issue” means the question referred to voters in accordance with section 24-77-202 (1). (3) “Excess state revenues cap” has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-77-103.6 (6)(b). (4) “State revenues” means state revenues not excluded from state fiscal year spending, as defined in section 24-77-102 (17). (5) “State surplus” means the amount of state revenues that exceed the excess state revenues cap for a given state fiscal year.
