Speed limit of more Speed limit than 35 mph of 35 mph but less or less than 55 mph (a) Any motor vehicle with a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of six thousand pounds or more, any combination of vehicles towed by such motor vehicle, and any motorcycle other than a low-power scooter: (I) Before January 1, 1973.................... 88 db(A).................... 90 db(A) (II) On and after January 1, 1973.................... 86 db(A).................... 90 db(A) (b) (Deleted by amendment, L. 2008, p. 2102, § 3, effective July 1, 2010.)
