C.R.S. § 8-13.3-302

As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Department” means the department of labor and employment. (2) “Executive director” means the executive director of the department. (3) “Task force” means the family and medical leave implementation task force created in section 8-13.3-304 (1).
