The Office of Early Learning shall adopt rules under ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to administer the provisions of this part conferring duties upon the office.
The State Board of Education shall adopt rules under ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to administer the provisions of this part conferring duties upon the department.
