Chapter 99-29, Laws of Florida, re-created the Knott Data Center Working Capital Trust Fund to record the revenue from fees paid for services provided by the Department of Education’s data center and disbursements to pay the costs of operating the data center as authorized in s. 216.272.
The Education Working Capital Trust Fund shall be administered by the Department of Education as a depository for funds received by the department’s technology office, interest earnings, and cash advances from customer entities. Moneys deposited in the trust fund shall be used to fund the services provided by the department’s technology office.
