For the purposes of this part of chapter 112 the following words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them in this section.
For the purposes of this part, the following words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
(1) “Sending agency” means any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under this part.
(1) “Receiving agency” means any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which receives an employee of another government under this part.
(2) “Receiving agency” means any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which receives an employee of another government under this part.
(2) “Sending agency” means any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under this part.
