Division of Treasury to maintain all warrants paid

The Division of Treasury shall turn over to the Division of Accounting and Auditing all warrants drawn by the Chief Financial Officer or the Comptroller and paid by the Division of Treasury. The warrants shall be turned over as soon as the Division of Treasury shall have recorded such warrants and charged the same against the accounts upon which such warrants are drawn.
The Division of Treasury shall maintain all warrants drawn by the Chief Financial Officer and paid by the Division of Treasury for 10 years after the date on which a warrant was presented for payment.
