All books, papers, records, files, and the seal of the Supreme Court shall be kept in the office of the clerk of said court and in the clerk’s custody.
All books, papers, records, files, and the seal of the Supreme Court must be maintained by the clerk and be in the clerk’s control, as prescribed by the Supreme Court.
