The Cross Florida Greenways State Recreation and Conservation Area is hereby established and is initially assigned to the Office of Greenways Management within the Office of the Secretary. The office shall manage the greenways pursuant to the department’s existing statutory authority until administrative rules are adopted by the department. However, the provisions of this act shall control in any conflict between this act and any other authority of the department.
