Enforcement; violations; penalty

The provisions of this act may be enforced by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund or in accordance with the provisions of s. 403.412. However, any violation by any person, natural or corporate, of the provisions of this act or any rule or regulation issued hereunder shall be further punishable by a civil penalty of not less than $500 per day or more than $5,000 per day of such violation.
This act may be enforced by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund or in accordance with s. 403.412. However, any violation by any person, natural or corporate, of this act or any rule or regulation issued hereunder is further punishable by a civil penalty of not less than $750 per day or more than $7,500 per day of such violation. Each day during any portion of which such violation occurs constitutes a separate offense.
