Tourism Promotional Trust Fund

There is created within the department the Tourism Promotional Trust Fund. Moneys deposited in the Tourism Promotional Trust Fund shall only be used to support the authorized activities and operations and the tourism promotion and marketing activities, services, functions, and programs administered by Enterprise Florida, Inc., through a contract with the direct-support organization created under s. 288.1226.
