Welcome centers

(1) Responsibility for the welcome centers is assigned to Enterprise Florida, Inc., which shall contract with the Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation to employ all welcome center staff.
(1) Responsibility for the welcome centers is assigned to the Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation.
(2) Enterprise Florida, Inc., shall administer and operate the welcome centers. Pursuant to a contract with the Department of Transportation, Enterprise Florida, Inc., shall be responsible for routine repair, replacement, or improvement and the day-to-day management of interior areas occupied by the welcome centers. All other repairs, replacements, or improvements to the welcome centers shall be the responsibility of the Department of Transportation.
(2) The Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation shall administer and operate the welcome centers and, pursuant to a contract with the Department of Transportation, shall be responsible for routine repair, replacement, or improvement and the day-to-day management of interior areas occupied by the welcome centers. All other repairs, replacements, or improvements to the welcome centers shall be the responsibility of the Department of Transportation.
