False statement in application for license or permit

Any person who swears or affirms to any false statement in any application for license or permit provided by this chapter, is guilty of violating this chapter, and shall be subject to the penalty provided in s. 379.401, and any false statement contained in any application for such license or permit renders the license or permit void.
A person who swears or affirms to any false statement in any application for a license or permit provided by this chapter commits a Level Two violation under s. 379.401, and any false statement contained in any application for such license or permit renders the license or permit void.
