The department shall issue a license by endorsement to any applicant who, upon applying to the department and remitting a nonrefundable fee set by the board in an amount not to exceed $100, the board certifies has met the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145.
The department shall issue a license by endorsement to any applicant who, upon applying to the department, submitting to background screening in accordance with s. 456.0135, and remitting a nonrefundable fee set by the board in an amount not to exceed $100, the board certifies has met the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145.
