The department shall issue a license to practice dietetics and nutrition by endorsement to any applicant who meets the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145, upon receipt of a completed application and the fee specified in s. 468.508.
The department shall issue a license to practice dietetics and nutrition by endorsement to any applicant who submits to background screening in accordance with s. 456.0135 and meets the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145, upon receipt of a completed application and the fee specified in s. 468.508.
