Licensure by endorsement

Known as the Electrolysis Practice Act

The act spans §§ 478–478 (16 sections).

The department shall issue a license by endorsement to any applicant who, upon submitting an application and the required fees as set forth in s. 478.55, demonstrates to the board that he or she meets the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145.
