Care and maintenance trust fund; financial reports

On or before April 1 of each year, the trustee shall furnish adequate financial reports with respect to the care and maintenance trust fund utilizing forms and procedures specified by rule. However, the department may require the trustee to make such additional financial reports as it deems necessary. In order to ensure that the proper deposits to the trust fund have been made, the department shall examine the status of the trust fund of the company on a semiannual basis for the first 2 years of the trust fund’s existence.
