Expenses and salaries

As of January 1, 2011
All expenses and salaries shall be paid out of the special fund hereby created in the office of the Chief Financial Officer, which fund is to be known as the “Florida Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Trust Fund.”
Except as otherwise provided in the General Appropriations Act, all expenses and salaries shall be paid out of the Professional Regulation Trust Fund.
