All fees collected for licenses and permits required by this part shall be deposited in the Florida Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Trust Fund created by s. 499.057, and all moneys collected under the provisions of this part and deposited in such trust fund are hereby appropriated for the use of the department in the administration of this part.
