Any person who violates any of the provisions of s. 516.02, s. 516.031, s. 516.05(3), s. 516.05(6), or s. 516.07(1)(e) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of s. 516.02, s. 516.031, s. 516.05(3), s. 516.05(6), or s. 516.07(1)(e) commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
