Continuing violations

As of January 1, 2011
Violations commenced prior to the effective date of this act and continuing after the effective date shall be actionable as provided in this chapter. The fact that any conduct occurred prior to the effective date of this act shall not affect its relevance in proving that a violation of this chapter has occurred or is occurring.
Violations commenced prior to October 1, 1980, and continuing after the effective date shall be actionable as provided in this part. The fact that any conduct occurred prior to October 1, 1980, shall not affect its relevance in proving that a violation of this part has occurred or is occurring.
