(1) LICENSE APPLICATION FEES.—The applicable non-refundable fees must accompany an application for licensure: (a) Part II..........$375. (b) Part III..........$188. (c) Per branch office..........$38. (d) For each location of an authorizedvendor..........$38. (e) Declaration as a deferred presentmentprovider..........$1,000. (f) Fingerprint fees as prescribed by rule. (g) License application fees for branch offices and authorized vendors are limited to $20,000 when such fees are assessed as a result of a change in controlling interest as defined in s. 560.127.
