The gift of sample tobacco products to any person under the age of 18 by an entity licensed or permitted under the provisions of chapter 210 or this chapter, or by an employee of such entity, is prohibited and is punishable as provided in s. 569.101.
The gift of sample tobacco products to any person under the age of 21 by an entity licensed or permitted under the provisions of chapter 210 or this part, or by an employee of such entity, is prohibited and is punishable as provided in s. 569.101.
