The Division of Forestry may make rules and regulations and do such acts and things as shall be reasonable and necessary to accomplish the purposes of ss. 589.07-589.11.
The Florida Forest Service may make rules and regulations and do such acts and things as shall be reasonable and necessary to accomplish the purposes of ss. 589.07-589.11.
