Authenticated copies of commission records as evidence

Copies of the proceedings, records, and acts of the commission and certificates purporting to relate the facts concerning such proceedings, records, and acts signed by the chair of the commission and authenticated by the seal of the Department of Citrus shall be prima facie evidence thereof in all the courts of the state.
Copies of the proceedings, records, and acts of the commission and certificates purporting to relate the facts concerning such proceedings, records, and acts signed by the chair of the commission and authenticated by the department’s seal shall be prima facie evidence thereof in all the courts of the state.
