The specifications for the standard legal shipping box, crate, or container to be used in shipping fresh citrus fruits shall be as established by the Department of Citrus; but provided that the unit of a standard-packed box, commonly called 13/5 bushels, shall contain an inside cubical measurement of 3,456 cubic inches.
